We have the Dutton-Lainson Coupler Repair Kit # DL13968 that includes the chain and pin that will fit the Dutton-Lainson Trailer Coupler # DL13728. You can remove the chain and pin while holding onto the other parts in the event you need to replace the coupler latch.

In order to complete this process correctly, you will need to place all of the different locks on the same order. They need to be products with the same brand or manufacturer. I confirmed with Fastway that yes, if you order multiple of these coupler locks with the same key code, they will be keyed the same. For example the Fastway Universal Coupler Lock # FA86-0015-306 uses Key 306 while the Fastway Universal Coupler Lock # FA86-0015-312 uses Key 312. As long as your ordering multiple coupler locks using the same numbered key you will be fine. The Trimax Dual Purpose Coupler Lock and U-Lock # TMX77FR uses unique keys for the locks. If you were to buy two of these I would expect the keys to be different.
If you're looking for a similar lock with a keyed alike option I recommend the Fastway # FA86-0015-316. This also fits 1-7/8", 2" and 2-5/16" ball couplers. You can actually choose the key number, in this case it is 316, so the keys will work with however many you need.

It sounds like you are asking if the Titan Zinc-Plated, Leverlock Brake Actuator # T43397007K does not have a lockout that will allow the trailer to be reversed without the brakes being applied. However, you can easily add one if desired.

The JR Products 1/4" Diameter Coupler Pin # 37201271 is a pretty basic snapper pin that doesn't come with a way to secure it to your trailer when it's removed from the coupler.
